Incardex Designer module of Incardex software provides an ability to create the internal database or set up the external database connection, create the ID card layout, and position the database fields on the ID card layout. Incardex Designer window has menu, toolbars, and work area.
The menu in the upper part of the software window provides access to Incardex Designer commands and settings.
The toolbars provide quick access to the most often used Incardex Designer commands and settings. Using toolbar buttons you can create a new ID card layout or open an existing layout, save, preview, and print it. The layout properties button is used to set the ID card format, size, orientation, background, and type (one or two sided). The database setup button is used to create the internal database ot set up the external database connection.
The toolbar in the left side of the software window includes the tools used to position the database fields, permanent text (e.g. company name), and images (e.g. company logo) on the ID card layout.
The work area contains the ID card layouts. Incardex Designer provides and ability to create multiple ID card layouts connected to the same data base.
