When you create Employee or Student ID card using Incardex it is important that you have the following abilities:
Connect to your existing employee/student database. You do not need to enter the personal data again if you already have the database. If you do not have the employee database it will be easy to create and set it up adding all fields required.
Design and use different ID card layouts for different employee/student categories. You will just need to select the required layout from a drop down list.
Filter the employee database and print out only the selected ID cards.
Print multiple ID cards or badges on a sheet if you use standard ink-jet or laser printer.
Add barcode or encode magstripe if the printed ID cards are used for access control in the existing access control system.

When you create Kid ID card using Incardex it is important that you have the following abilities:
Connect to your existing kid database. If you do not have the kid database it will be easy to create and set it up adding all fields required.
Store in the database all required additional information (parents data, address, personal phisical charecterestics, etc.)
Design and use different ID card layouts for different groups of kids.
Easily add kid's photo and change it when necessary.
Easily search through the database.
